How to “model” success instead
Inventing is overrated. What you need is a framework to re-invent.
Here’s the catch:
Think in terms of what others have done that you can model. A model that you can use as a blueprint for your innovation.
Here are some relevant frameworks:
- Can you do it better and cheaper. An example is Netflix, Uber, and Airbnb.
- Can you save users money in unexpected ways.
- Can you insert your products into your users’ way-of-life. Think the adoption of TikTok in US (I’m still trying to figure SnapChat, thank you!).
- Can you build faster, cheaply and better.
