Inventing: Overrated.

Inventing: Overrated.

How to “model” success instead

Inventing is overrated. What you need is a framework to re-invent.

Here’s the catch:

Think in terms of what others have done that you can model. A model that you can use as a blueprint for your innovation.

Here are some relevant frameworks:

  1. Can you do it better and cheaper. An example is Netflix, Uber, and Airbnb.
  2. Can you save users money in unexpected ways.
  3. Can you insert your products into your users’ way-of-life. Think the adoption of TikTok in US (I’m still trying to figure SnapChat, thank you!).
  4. Can you build faster, cheaply and better.

How

To your success,

Dele

This is what I write about in The Pipeline — the structured process behind products that actually ship. If you're a solo founder or builder, it's one email, most Tuesdays. No hype.
